Poor service of multichoice

I have filed a complain by you in March and April 2013 about Multichoice. Last year July I paid 2 payments on myaccount as well as in August. Multichoice said they battle to retrieve my payment of 4July 2012. My service has been cut several times due to this payment that they cant locate. I have emailed and phoned numourous times and nothing happen. Just empty promises. My service has once again being suspended due to this payment. I can really not believe that it take them a year to locate a payment. every time I must pay reconnection fees for something that is not my fault. Can you please help me solve this problem. I want them to reconnect my servicce and to locate the payment. They promise to credit me as soon as they locate it, but a year later and still nothing. I am really getting tired of this battle every month. Even my local multichoice agent doesnt know what to do anymore. They have also phoned and emailed receipts through nomourous times. I hoe you can help me solve this matter once and for all. Thank you.
