On the 3rd of July 13 I got mugged outside of a Pharmacy in Boksburg.
I sent in my claim and got advised that the pay-out will be done.
On Friday when I followed up to see what is happening I got promised that the payment will be done on Friday the 12th of July 13. On Monday the 15th of July when no payment was in yet I contacted them to advice on the payment and they advised that the payment couldn't be done as there was a problem.
First of all no one thought of advising me, I had to follow up to find this out - what if I did not follow up - whom would have seen that I still haven't received payment.
Since Monday I've asked them to send me proof of payment, today is Wednesday the 17th of July 13, I still haven't received anything.
When I contacted them before close of business yesterday the 16th of July 13, I got advised that Nina already left the office and that she didn't follow up.
When I confronted her and asked her why not, she advised that I'm not her only customer and that she is very busy.
I just want to know if I'm of so little importance why do you take my instalment every month on time?
I feel so frustrated, is this what customer service has come to.
