No response or follow up

I wrote in Hello Peter a few months ago complaining about ADT. I next day I got a phone call requesting more details and a promise to follow up. Since then NO RESPONSE! I guess we don't count in ADT big scheme of things. No wonder every one I know is moving to Blue Security where customer service means something!
