I terminated my service in February 2013, and received e-mail confirmation from Molly Pillay. No further Bills have been sent since, until July 2013. Now they claim a R1300 in outstanding payment. The worst thing is when inquiring about the account, the account department Melanie was rude, and disrespectful.
This is appalling service. I want this an apology immediately, and a correct statement, that should be R0.00.
