Good Day MTN,
On the 28th March 2013, I collected my Galaxy Note 2 from MTN at Park Station, Ivy Botsi assisted.
Late that night, I noticed the phone had a pixel fault which emitted blue light in the middle of the screen and was irritating. Another problem was, every time the phone lost network, it required me to remove the battery and SIM in order it to reconnect to the network. This means, I have to do this activity every time I enter a basement or lift.
I handed the device back to MTN (Park Station) on Tue 02, 2013, Ivy Botsi, who advised that it will take 2 days for the phone to be assessed and replacement of the device will follow. Daily I wrote an email to Ivy requesting updates (which is frustrating) only to get a response "No Yet". She does not advise any further details.
But after going through Hello Peter complaints, I noticed MTN enjoys having all these complaints
Regards,
I want my phone
