DQ mapper incorrect/wrong information loaded

I have contacted discovery vitality drive and dq mapper more than 5 times already and everytime my call is - 30 minutes, how much money have i spend trying to get the correct information uploaded for our policy.
Both my husband and myself drive a nissan micra and the dq deivce was installed on the 9th feb and still not workign correctly in both cars and information is all over the place. when i llog on with my details onto discovery website i can see my car regsitration with my husbands dq tracking number and his trip details. when i log on with his details i can see exactly the same, when will this be sorted out?? I have sen tthrough both installation certificates and yet the information on the system is still reflecting incorreclty. They asked me to give them until yesterday and it is still not soreted out, how can one vehcile be loaded twice??? where is the other one?? how can the wrong car regsitration be loaded with the incorrect details. The insurance policy is great but the dq things and getting it sorted out for fuel benefits and to use it for the purpose of finding the car does not work and can not be viewed as a advantage of this system... it needs to work!!!
