I have been a tracker customer for many years. Last year i encountered a very bad experience when i was billed for an entire year, although notifying tracker of the sale of my vehicle. Nevertheless i accepted that.
However on Friday 3 May my vehicle XSM683GP was, i immediately notified tracker, on calling and calling the call centre they informed me that they cannot pick up any signal of the vehicle for unknown reasons. I have been calling tracker since friday only to be told by Mariette Van Niekerk at 10.42am that the vehicle was only registered yesterday as. I am very angry and furious to the fact that i have been paying premiums and my vehicle cannot be recovered. Why should i pay for a service that is not giving me the service i require. About 10 days ago an sms was received to say that they were busy testing the device and all is in order, and now my vehicle is gone. I want to cancel all my other tracker vehicles however we cannot do that only to be told that we have a contract, the funny bit is that when these devices are been installed no one says you cant there is a penalty. Now im told i have to still pay a fee ending this month for no service rendered
