I am shocked at service received from Tracker. At 4.00 pm I left work and as I switched on my ignition I felt the remote falling apart on my way home. Arrived at home 4.10 pm and never heard from Tracker so I thought all must be in order but the phone rang at 4.40 pm saying that if my car has been I must press one etc. How can it take Tracker 40 minutes to contact me. I pay extra for Tracker Alert and I expect to be alerted immediately. To top it all, I phoned the Call Centre and the woman who answered was more concerned about my details being up to date. She couldn't help so she put me through to the Technical Dept and I held on for 15 minutes and eventually put the phone down in disgust. I work for an Insurance Broker and I recommend Tracker to our customers. That stops today. We are locked into a contract for three years and I have to pay every month for three years - I expect Tracker to keep to their side of the deal and do their job.
