Last night at mid night the alarm went off at the office (flat let). I am not at home and requested that the ADT response person just wait for my sister (10 min away) so that he can enter the property and that she can reset the alarm.

Unbelievably we then got a call to say that they checked the property and everything is ok. The office is at the back of the property and is about 50 meters away from the closest point where that person could get to and would be totally out of his sight. There is no access for him to the back. This means that the person was lying when he stated that everything was fine. Also when my sister arrived, the person already left and she had to enter the property by herself to reactivate the alarm.

I later spoke to the night Supervisor George Smith, which he apologised and said that the manager Elvit (not sure) will contact me this morning to discuss the issue. Nobody phoned and it is now 19h16.

What would have happened if there was a criminal when my sister had to enter the property by herself??? Apologies does not work for me. My sister could have been killed due to the incompetence of ADT personnel

This is totally unacceptable.
