I, m so chaffed by the manner in which adt has handled my problem. I have two contract with adt for my properties. My one property 3yr agreement has passed, when I contacted adt about the premium I'm paying to be lowered since my deal will be a month on month agreement. I was told that the contract I took with them was of a rental nature when I disputed this they in turn tell me if i want the system to be owned I must agree to another 12 months. I explained my stance to your employee regarding my situation that the contract I took through your agent was for ownership of the system after 3yrs. Can this matter please be finalised because I'm still waiting for the call from your employee (Forgot name) since last thursday. He promised to phone me back in 5 min time and 4 days later no call.
