Client information out of date

I receive constant sms's and phone calls on my company phone about a low battery warning for an alarm system. I have contacted ADT customer care twice to inform them that this is not my property and the owner of the property does not own this phone anymore. I was informed that ADT need to contact the owner to remove the phone from their system. I requested this to be done and to date I have received no feedback. It is very irritating to receive sms's and phone calls during the night to say another persons alarm is going off.

I wonder what would happen if there is a real emergency that ADT could have prevented but contact me instead of the real owner of the house.
