No care for clients

I have been with adt a few months now and now I'm unhappy because I am waiting for a rep to come and see me as i have a few stuff i would like to add to my notes. Like don't phone me when I press my panic button just come at the speed of light. Really and when they did phone they did not even ask is everything ok just we are sending a response person. Also should you not ask for my secret code? Really not impressed
