Not sure of exact dates but:
Week 1 - Matrix call to tell me tracker is not responding but they will send someone
Week 2 - Matrix call to ask if I know my tracker is broken. I remind them to send someone.
Week 3 - Send someone, but he doesn't have what he needs to fix it. He says he will come back the next day.
Week 4 - Matrix do not come back
Week 5 - I call over the weekend to remind them that they have not sent someone. Call centre can't help with quieries over a weekend but agrees to send a mail
Week 6 - No call. I call in and explain that I have been driving an effectively uninsured car for weeks now and that they are about to lose my business. They make an appointment to fix the unit. No-one comes.
I call Tracker for a quote. It's clearly not smart to trust a company this disorganised with my car, or even worse my life if I am hijacked.
