STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND SINCE LAST MONTH

Good day,

Kindly can Head Office please start to take note of urgent matters and we do not complain cause we want to.

I addressed this matter a month ago. A lady from head office called me, Katlego or Karabo begging me to stay on but I just could not cause of the unprofessionalism that I experienced with your branch in Centurion, Johannesburg.

I was contacted by the branch manager who promised me " no mam its fine we will refund your R210 and cancel the contract immediately. I am still waiting. People at your branches will make ADT loose money cause they lying to people.

Since then I join another company and the service was excellent. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND AND SINCE THNE NOBODY HAS CONTACTED ME EVER AGAIN. IF MONEY GOES OF MY ACCOUNT THEIR WILL BE TO PAY. AND DONT GIVE ME THE SENTIMENT THAT A CONTRACT HAS BEEN SIGNED I ALSO WORK FOR THE LAW AND I WAS VERBALLY ADVISED THAT ALL WILL BE SORTED OUT.

I would like an response asap.
