This is now the 2nd Appointment that the Technicians have not showed up to install my tracking unit!!! What me off the most is that The unit is Paid for in full and I take leave waiting for these imaginary technicians to come and install it. My insurer just bumped up my premium cause of netstars pooor service. Its irritating as this is my 3rd tracking unit from netstar and its my last 1. I will not waste further money on a company that has poor poor poor time management skills.
