ADT banned from my property but they still show up

I have cancelled my service with ADT, yet today when my alarm accidentally activated (we are keeping the alarm, we are just not keeping this TERRIBLE company) they arrived at my premises. The guard was extremely rude when I told him to leave - I threatened to call the police and he said "fine, call them" in a taunting manner. I have specifically instructed ADT to cancel my contract, which apparently was done, and I SPECIFICALLY AND IN WRITING told them that they were, under no circumstances to come near my property again. If they come near my property again I will lay criminal charges of trespass against them. STAY AWAY FROM ME ADT!!!
