ADT Security Shocking service and attitude!!

ADT hasn't re-located wireless receiver to front door as it loses signal often and creates a problem with arming system.
Armed response cannot identify the back of my unit when there is a HUGE ADT sign at the back of my unit, more often than not armed response will ONLY DO FRONTAL CHECK and then leave, the front of my unit only consists of 1 door and 1 window whilst the back of my unit consists of 2 doors and 6 windows and is a lot more prone to break-in's being next to the highway! It cannot be seen unless armed response walks to the back.
When ADT calls I am told they will call me back to let me know if all is ok, nobody calls and I have ended up calling ADT back on and on re-explaining my address to call centre, get put through to call centre assistants whom again rarely call me back.
I want to cancel my contract with ADT immediately, ADT owes me money for airtime, I've had to leave work and drive 48km to allow armed response into complex because their gate guard cell didn't work for a few months. My wife has done the same. Is this what I'm paying for? NOTHING???
