I installed a new alarm system from ADT in April 2013, after installation I realized that the unit was not completely illuminating, I reported the fault immediately at ADT (telephonically) and on their website. After more than four weeks after reporting the fault ADT called me and indicated that they will send a technician to look at the problem. The technician did arrive but indicated that the keypad of the alarm unit has to be replaced and I must log in a new complaint which I did on the same day telephonically. The situation is still unresolved up to today.
