Good day
I took insurance, and part of the package was that I need to take on a contract with Tracker through the insurer. I agreed on it, I did not speak to tracker at all only through insurance company. Only thing I signed was the installation of tracker that does not specify my period with tracker at all. in the mean time I cancel my insurance and notify tracker that I don't need there services. now they put a default on my name on ITC for money that I owe them. when I paid in full what I owe them, they tracker refuse to take my default off my ITC and refuse to cancel my contract, and say that I still in contract for 12 months with them, after they said only 6 months left on the contract when I cancel. who gave the approval for the extra 6 months? Point is I CANT AFFORD THEM ANYMORE. so why must I pay for future service if I did not even received it? so to cancel a contract means I don't need your service anymore if I give a months notice should that be sufficient? I emailed Finance Legal Consumer Legal Credit Controller 4 times and she does not respond to
any of my mails. Please assist I'm very upset!!! NO ONE WANTS TO ASSIST YOU THESE DAYS!!
