I went on to the internet and ordered a CCTV system from this company, they first quoted with out delivery which was irritating as they are based in the Vaal and therefore needed to get couriered to JHB but i paid the R250 charge. i then had to wait for a week to get my goods as the delivery is not expressed.
about a month later my client called me to tell me things were not going very well. i went to my client and found the recording where not being able to be synced at a particular time, as well as the front USB could not be used and therefore no date could get taken off.
I called and was told that i must now pay for the couries to get it back to them to see what is wrong. i felt this was not the was forward and drove the 100km to them and had to wait almost 1 hour as they would not change it but only fix it.
Once getting back to JHB and my clients site i tested it and it was still not syncing 100% but it was not terrible. i then left and was told that the DVR started going on and off.
I email this wonderful supplier but was told that i must courier it back and they will have a look???
all i have asked for is my money back DONT GET SUCKED IN BY THE PRICE BECAUSE IT WILL COS
