I contacted Gardens Locksmiths to repair a lock on my garden gate, which they had done previously (some three years ago). Instead of repairing the lock I was talked into replacing it with a much more expensive one (the end cost turned out to be much more than the original quote).
Anyway in removing the old lock, Wade removed the stopper (for want of a better word), so the gate now swings past where it should stop (and lock) and gets stuck. It is then a mission to budge the gate back to where it should be.
It should be a simple job to fix this - the shop has promised faithfully on no less than five occasions that they will attend to it - but nothing forthcoming.
Oh, and they only accept cash...
