I want to know why so much if I want to change my bank details and date of debit order. All my other debit order people changed my details over the phone why in the does intec cause you so much inconvenience. I need a payslip (which I don't get from work regularly) and a letter and the form they send you to change bankdetails you can't change on computer so I have to print it and scan it and I don't have a scanner and I don't have a faxmachine. I want my details changed telephonically! Like all the other people did.
