Why has subcription increased

FNB :-) R329.96 paid from Ref. Adt Kzn Gov01790kz. 19Jun

My monthly bill is R295 per month. Why has this increased without notificiation? ADT cannot just deduct monies as they please.

I had this query last year and rates agreed as R295 per month. Please refund unfair subcription as I am not sure how long this is going on for.

Or I will cancel as my contract has ended and we have a month to month subcription, we have not renewed
