Since October my Cell C sim that I only use for my Ipad and for emergency calls - shot up from R150 pm to almost R500 for October and again November. I investigated with Cell C. My sim have not been in any device for the last month almost!
I want to be refunded and I want proof when I authorised this subcription and where and when and with whom???
The supplier according to Cell C is Integrat. I have sent them a email to query this and I hope for a speedy answer.
If not I will take this to the authorities as this is!
