I got signed up in August by Leanne Adams and subcription was updated by Nuhr Raciet for a 4 month trisal period amounting to R150.00 a month.
According to my calculations and how it should be, my trial subcription should end by end of November 2013 if not December.
To my suprise when i tried to log in on the website, it tells me that I have no active subscriptions, i must contact our Customer Service Department. I tried about 5 times to contact customer service but the line keeps cutting me off.
Would someone please explain what is going on as i cannot log in and this is a breach to my contract with you.
