If anybody is thinking of putting cartrack Please donot the company is a nightmare to deal with, first they intalled their unit on my car, then second day after installation my car would not start, i owned the car for 2 years without any electrical faults what so ever, i called them only to find the unit on my car was faulty and they said they sending a second guy, he came did his thing and left, 2days laiter my car was in a worse state that it has ever been, nothing worked lights indicators etc, and they found them working, i asked them to come and take their unit out of my car on the 3 may 2013, on the 15 june i found my account debited with R361.00 and i asked them whats is the money for as i cancelled long time due to their unethical work procedure, their client services could not answer me, i just want to know who in their right mind chrges a month worth of subscription when the device only worked 4 days in my use, the laidy says if i feel that the R361.00 is too much then they will re recdit the difference, and i told her that she is giving me an unsatisfactory answer, what she could have told me was she does not know as they are all clie less whats going on with my account.bad service sis
