Bad attitude, unauthorised billing

I called Tracker 11.04.2013 to cancel my tracker subcription, spoke to Jamie-Leigh Bowlers, who confirmed that she'll make sure my subcription will cancel at the end of the three term, and i now found it hasn't been cancelled.

When i phoned tracker to complain about this, they treated me as if i was lying to them, and i can proof that i spoke to this person.
Today i spoke to this Solly in the retentions Dept, and he was very sarcastic, and not willing to help.
