Made a couple of calls to their call centre - Agents do not know what to and direct me to everyone except the right person who can help me with my query.
Sent some 10 E-mails to various departments, It even shows on their web site when I log into my account (The queries) and all i got back is automated replied with a reference number stating that the query will be resolved within 5 working days. I'm sure 4 months have like 80 working days.
