I sold my car last yr June and informed Tracker telephonically and via e-mail. To my surprise a few months later I was contact by attorneys to pay outstanding premiums from June although I had sold my car.
From there it has been a complete nightmare to resolve and Tracker has now got my impecible ITC portfolio negatively impacted.
How is it that a client should be paying for services that they are not receiving???
I have subsequently paid the money just to get Tracker off my back because I want a clear credit record and I am of the numerous calls and messages from their attorneys.
I was with Netstar previously and NEVER had these issues. TRACKER IS BASICALLY UNSCRUPULOUS IN THEIR BUSINESS PRACTICES AND I HOPE TO GET THE MESSAGE ACCROSS TO ALL POTENTIAL CONSUMERS THAT REQUIRE A SERVICE SUCH AS THIS AND WOULD ENCOURAGE THEM TO EXPLORE OTHER OPTIONS TO PREVENT THIS FROM HAPPENING TO THEM.
