We were driving on N3 from Durban to Johannesburg on Monday 10/06/2013 at around 5:30pm when we were approched by the guys in a Silver BMW who started blocking us wanting to hijack us... As i was seated at the back with my kids, started calling Tracker for help only to be told that they can only assist if the car was. We were transfered to SAPS who couldnt help as they were not able to allocate where we were by that moment... I had to call tracker again to advise, Really imagine in such a situation you being turned from pillar to post while your life with your family is in danger, no help provided only to be told that action can be done after the car is taken, what if i die in that moment, I discovered how useless is to have such a tracker... Please be aware of such contracts as i have been paying tracker for around 3years
