Mr. Davies called me and clarified the whole matter. In a nutshell, I am not eligible for a full refund because I did not request an annual service for my door, irrespective of what actions are done to the door. So I was not refunded because I did not comply to terms and condition.

I thank Maxidor for finally closing this matter.
