I would like to know who authorised tracker to give out my personal information out to 3rd parties?? I did NOT sign any agreement authorizing tracker to give out my details for any marketing purposes.
I met in a serious accident on 28/12/2012 & notified tracker of this so that they could remove the unit from my vehicle which had been written off. The agent tells me that they will charge me technical fees upon removal & again on re-installing this device again. She stated that I would still have to pay my monthly subscription even though I won't be using it because I was contracted to this. After arguing my point, I felt as if I was getting nowhere & it's clearly visible that tracker has no compassion for their clients, I left it at that & said it's fine. Then I get a call in the early hours of the morning from a bad-mannered telemarketer who says she got my number from tracker & wanted me to sign up for accident cover. When I told her I was not interested, she rudely hung up!! This is just unacceptable!!!
