Thank you to Hellopeter and to ADT for taking note of my complaint and getting my alarm fixed. I had several phone calls from ADT management, who made sure that a competent technician came to restore the alarm, and followed up with phone calls to make sure that everything was OK and working. They even gave us one month's free subscription to make up for the time that we were without an alarm. Many thanks.
