I have raised this issue on several occasions with your company and nothing has been done about it. Your company deduct my money from my account without my authority, please don't refer me to secure accounts as I won't get help from them. I did send them an email with my contact details requesting the statement and to date I did not receive it. All I want is the statement that shows how much I paid and how much is outstanding. I owe you less than R2000 how ever you debited approximately R3000. C track is Company that I don't want to associate myself with in future, I had a bad experience from day one working with you. Your company has lost my trust and will not bother myself with you anymore. Tell me how much I owe you.
