After two weeks of being messed around by Mix telematics's various "service agents" and being told by Nirvana to "just pay the installation fee of R500, which i did and then didnt hear from her for ten days. I finally got hold of Riaz who initiated setting up an installation date and membership contract. after further bad service, Riaz offered to provide me with 6 months of free membership. The agreement included me only providing bank details after six months (which equated to septemtember 2013) and initiating the debit orders for the membership. i was contacted by their credit department, and forwarded the agreement to them and they promised to send me a letter confirming the account credit, to date i have received nothing from them. I have now recieved a final collection notice, been handed over to debt collectors, and listed with the credit bureau as a non payer, and my wife and newborn son now have to drive in an untracked vehicle. it appears that they had bo intention of ever crediting my account. YOU ARE DISGUSTING PEOPLE WHO HAVE NO INTEGRITY OR SENSE OF MORAL DUTY, SHAME ON YOU! AVOID THEM AT ALL COST! rather go to Tracetec for proper service.
