If I really had an emergency I would be dead

After 8 calls to all numbers provided 086 12 12 500 / 501 and 502, I have either held on had the phone put down in my ear. Is this what customers pay for? I have wasted 45 minutes getting assistance form ADT. I still have had no joy. I have eventually got hold of Jeanette (Shift Supervisor) and will investigate why nobody is taking my call.
