We had a three year contract with ADT, which expired the end of January 2013. I duly gave notice as per the agreement concluded and received an acknowledgement from ADT as well. When I checked my bank statements they still continued to deduct monies from my account for March and April. When I confronted them, they gave the most lame excuse I ever heard and also promised to refund me within 10 days. This was on the 23rd of April, still no refund. Not acceptable!!!
