What do we pay for???

Account suspended due to an incorrect reference used. Held on for 15 minutes before FINALLY speaking to a consultant Sibonelo), call took approx 20 minutes in total! Asked them to PLEASE reconnect Xtra View as well, was told it was done. Lo & behold, not done! husband @ home, me in office, trying to sort this out... Tried calling again, waited for another 12 minutes, asked by agent what the error msg was. I asked if they could call? NO!!! eventually asked for Supervisor & phone was dropped on me... Called again, another 10 minutes... signal sent thru as per this person..now have 2 wait until 2nite to see if working... In the meantime, I managed to speak to the Supervisor, Waheed, whom apologised and said he would investigate & cb... let's see...
