Since November 2012 I have been trying to pay the settlement amount, as quoted by Polediso Botha, in order to have my contract cancelled. After every enquiry I have, it takes her more than a week, or three, to reply, and then she replies with inadequate information. My enquiry have still not been attended to until this day regarding the settlement amount and banking details. But ADT was very quick to send me an sms informing me that my January 2013 debit order did not go through and I should pay to avoid service being cancelled. What service??! There is no service!! Eventhough ADT is listed on Hello Peter as a company who respond, they only respond by a "standard" reply, without responding to the problem. Very bad!
