I have been trying to get ADT to come look at my remote control receiver and remotes encoding on my alarm system for the last two weeks and no one is helping me.
We made three appointments already but no one ever pitches up!!!
WHERE IS THE TECHNICAL SUPPORT AS MY UNITS ARE GOING TO BE OUT OF WARRANTY SOON AND I REFUSE TO PAY DUE TO ADT' S LACK OF RESPONSE!!!
ADT WAKE UP!!!
The call center keeps me on hold for ages and then they just put the phone down on me!!!
