Six months after first contacting ADT to cancel my debit order, there is still no progress. Call Centre calls (when I eventually get through) get cut off, not transferred. Emails get an automatic reply stating follow up within 24 hours (ha, ha). A visit to Head Office resulted in a letter stating payment of the refund would be made within a stipulated period... NOTHING HAPPENS! I am now left with no option but to go to the Small Claims Court.
