I went to the wimpy in malvern Queensburgh this morning. (regular client) I walked in to the smoking area where i normally sit. Four people were there discussing if they should rather sit on the non smoking area, made there decision and left. The manager walked into the smoking area, asked if i was with Standard Bank. I answered, no. He then told me that the smoking area was booked to Std bank clients. I politely explained that they are in the non smoking area. He just ignored me and continued to state that the smoking area is for Std bank. I waited there for 15 mins whilst staff members walked right pass me but no service. I then went up to the manager and asked for proof that Std Bank had booked the smoking area and enquired why a sign was not displayed on the window informing smoking customers that they are not allowed on the premises. I did tell the manager that i am taking the matter up to which he responded " no problem, go ahead" Thats certainly my last visit to Wimpy Malvern and certainly will pass the message on to as many people as possible.
