My new RCS card was involved in transactions without me having the chance to use it. The case was investigated and I was cleared of any liability. In the meantime an amount of R1050.00 was deducted from my account on November 2012. I contacted the call centre and was informed that the amount will be refunded the next week as soon as I supplied a bank statement as proof that the installment was deducted from my account? Needless to say, three months later I am still waiting for my refund. Every time I phone the call centre, I reach a different consultant which means I have to explain my problem over to them. They promise to call you back, but needless to say than never happened. The latest feedback received from them is that I am owed R850.00 and not R1050.00. PLEASE HELP ME TO GET MY MONEY BACK SO THA I CAN TERMINATED MY "RELATIONSHIP" WITH THIS USELESS COMAPANY!!!
