Response time

Incident on Saturday (18-05-2013) which took ADT 30 mins to respond to a silent alarm. This the third or forth time that this has happened. I spoke to the regional a while back and was asked to give them a chance to rectify the problem, to date they (ADT) have done nothing to fix this. This is after being with them for almost 10 years.
