Hi,
8ta service suspended my cellphone line due to the fact that they did not debit my account. this has been happening since I first took up my contract with this and very disappointing service provider and it went on like this for 4 months, I had to eventually make manual payments, when I call the call centre to ask when my line will be activated again, I get attitude from the managers as well as the call centre agents.
To name a few people I have spoken to at the call centre are Tsepo, Ridah, Stacey and Tumi.
From experience, I reach out to people out there please whatever you do DO NOT choose 8ta / Telkom it is the most frustrating most annoying network I have ever came across and would never use their service any longer. My account is up to date and I still sit with a suspended line to this day. I am sick and tired of this chasing up with you guys. I beleive client service should be a proirity, clearly not in this case.
