This morning at 7:00 I tripped the alarm and no-one responded. I called the control room at 8:00 and was told by Cecelia that they did not get any activation. A few months ago I also trip the alarm and they called me 8 minutes later (enough to the empty my house). When I enquired why it was taking time respond, I was told that there was a delay on the system which is unacceptable! I left a message for the Manager to call me and to date no-one called. Your reasoning does not make sense. Apparently you have 2 patrol cars in my area but I don't see any patrolling in my street, be it weekends, public holidays, when I am on sick leave or vocational leave you are not visible. I also complaint about my contract which ended, It would be nice for you to contact me (Post or Mail) and inform me that my contract is on a month to months basis and what is stated in my contract. I don't know the terms and condition of the month to months contract as I did not sign anything. This means I have no legal contract with you. I am paying for a service "always there" where are you guys I don't see or hear from you when I need to??? What happened to the service I am paying for???
