I have just spoken with a willing but insufficiently trained staff member at the ADT central telephone number. Regarding retrenchment subscription waiver, your website states:

1. Subscription Waiver
In the unfortunate event of retrenchment or incapacitation, ADT's Subscription Waiver plan will provide up to 6 or 12 months grace on your monthly subscription.

However, the information Mlungisi managed to obtain from whomever he consulted is that 6 months waiver is free for customers and the 12 months only refers to something called 'debt waiver'. That is not what your website states.

Furthermore, I enquired about obtaining the free LiveLife discount card in order to benefit when purchasing from your associated retail partners and was directed to phone LiveLife themselves, who told me to phone ADT to obtain my card.

Please may I have correct information regarding my above two queries. Thank you.
