I was billed for a windscreen replacement, which i accept was my fault, but I was not offered a tyre and glass waiver. Carolyn checked up on my booking forms and agreed that i was not offered the tyre and glass waiver. I have now been billed for the tyre and glass waiver and Budget will foot the bill for the windscreen. Thank you Budget and thank you Carolyn.
