Ctrack is the worst! I regret ever signing up with them.
It has been 3 months and I still get messages to tell me my device is not active, after they installed the devise no one called me to make sure all was done let alone to let me know that they were sending someone.
They cant even access my details in their support department even when I give them my ID number. They are useless and I don't think my car is safe with them at all.
I have e-mailed Romeo and told him I was unhappy with their service, I requested their cancellation details from him he did not even bother to find out why I wanted to cancel.
I want to go back to Tracker they are 10 times better than CTRACK.
They are such a waste of money, their rates are reasonable for nothing.
