In the month of Sep 2013 we requested the service from ADT to be cancelled. Which they requested that we have a writing letter of cancellation, which we did and faxed it to the given nr. They have informed us that money would be deducted for the next month in October which we agreed. The new alarm company disconnected the ADT connection at that time and ADT called us on that dated and we informed the ADT control room of the changes.
Well at present the money is still being deducted from our account and they "Claim that there was no proof" which we have cancelled the account! How pathetic is that!
